This Tutu Set purchase includes the tee with top quality embroidery. The tutu, which is custom created using multiple layers of tulle and the prettiest colors to provide a delightful combination and the complimenting bow attached to an alligator clip and secured to a headband for the finishing touch. Hats can be made for an added cost and are not included in this listing.
