Most items ship (not deliver) within 1-5 business days unless item availability is otherwise noted in the product description or if there are payment processing delays. Personalized items typically require an additional 7-10 days. Shipments may take 2-7 business days depending on delivery location. Since some merchandise may be shipped directly from manufacturers at various locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges.
 
Some over-sized items, such as furniture and wall décor, may incur a shipping surcharge in addition to the standard shipping rates. Shipping surcharges are noted in the product description and in your shopping cart. Shipping surcharges are not included in free shipping offers unless specified. If you have questions regarding shipping costs on  furniture, please contact us prior to purchase.
 
We reserve the right to charge inbound and outbound shipping costs to your credit card if a package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure.

 

Shipping & Return Policy:

SproutGear has hand selected the most unique and stylish items from some of the most exciting designers around today. We carry a large Collection of Designer Baby Products!

We work with many different Suppliers throughout the USA , so your shipment could be delivered in more than one package.  Tracking numbers will be provided to you for  shipments.  You may also receive more than one tracking number when multiple items have been purchased.

Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS or FedEx. 
 
We apologize for the inconvenience, but for international shipping you will need to contact us prior to ordering.  We will make every effort to try to arranage shipment to your destination of choice.
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable due to vendor costs.


Shipping Damage:

Once shipping carrier leaves the docks, they become responsible for the freight. In case f loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. Note any shipping damage on the shipping papers before signing the receipt achknowledgement. 

 

Return Policy:

Our goal at SproutGear is to have every customer completely satisfied with their purchase. We want nothing less for our customers than the best online shopping experience possible. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping).  All returns/exchanges must be in original condition with original packaging.  Please include a short explanation of reason for return, your address, contact number and order number. Some Suppliers require a RA number in order to return a product.  Please be sure to get in touch with us first before returning product to get a Authorization RA number or it could end up being returned to you if you did not first contact me to get authorized number for return of Merchandise.  Shipping costs are non-refundable due to vendor costs.

***Personalized Items May NOT be returned due to the Nature of the Personalization. Please call me anytime at 866-535-2563 to discuss Personaliztion on baby items. Please note custom monogrammed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 
***Personalization may take 4 to 7 business days to process. Holidays or Weekends do not count as business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

***All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip code.
 

Customer Satisfaction Issues: 

SproutGear will use it's best efforts to resolve customer satisfaction issues in timely manner. We will replace or credit the value of any part to be damaged or defective which can be verified by the carrier.

 Confirmation: 

Once your order is placed on the website, you will see a thank you page which will have your confirmation number. This is your confirmation that your order has been successfully placed and you will receive a E-Mail shortly after.
